Committees
The Engagement Committee
The Engagement Committee includes New Member Mentors, a Marketing Committee, and a Guest Speaker Coordinator.  The New Member Mentors plan and organize a new member on-boarding program to help new chamber members become active and involved.  The Marketing Committee spreads the message of the Chamber through various channels, including social media, and helps define the perception of the Chamber to the public.  Our Guest Speaker Coordinator seeks out the best presenters, teachers and successful business individuals for our members to learn from in our several luncheons, forums, and gatherings.

Ambassadors
Our Chamber Ambassadors plan and organize the effort to reach out to new and existing businesses, introducing them to the Chamber. They promote businesses throughout the community by social media spotlights, frequenting business establishments as consumers, and coordinating with business owners in cooperative marketing to the public.  All newly licensed businesses and new residents of our city receive a welcome bag prepared by the Ambassadors. The Ambassadors also facilitate ground breaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies. They work with business owners and city officials on behalf of the Chamber, helping to plan and create the programs for these events.

Community Events and Outreach Committee
Pleasant Grove and Lindon Cities are members of the Chamber as Trustee.  There are several events the Chamber supports in these communities, such as Strawberry Days, Lindon Days,  Heritage Jubilee, the Promenade and a new program celebrating our Hometown Heroes.  Members of the Community Events Committee assist in planning and carrying out these traditional celebrations in a cooperative effort with the cities. The Chamber also hosts a highly successful annual golf tournament. The committee begins preparations months in advance, offering sponsorships and promotional opportunities for our business partners and chamber members, for a great day of golf.
Additionally, this committee is involved in planning and coordinating tri-chamber events that involve the American Fork and Lehi Area Chambers of Commerce.  The largest of these events is the North Utah County Business Summit.  This business summit features high-profile speakers and business individuals for a day of training and motivation.
